Buy Back Policy

• This policy is applicable only after 45 days from the purchase date.
• Buy back can be initiated by returning the product to our mentioned registered address on our website.

  Gold Jewellery	98% of the gold value of the benchmark gold rate
  Diamond Jewellery	98% of gold value, 85% diamond value after deducting the discount at the time of purchase.
  Platinum Jewellery	80% value.

• This policy does not cover the GST tax & making. Full amount for the same will be deducted.
• Gold, Diamond & Platinum price will be calculated according to the present value in the market instead of the buying value.

• Any product which requires return has to be bought from Solitaire Style only.

Shipping Policy

• Shipping of the customers order from Solitaire Style is very secure and hassle free.
• Every package of the product purchased from Solitaire Style will reach your doorstep in a secure and safe condition and in a tamper-proof packing through a trusted delivery agent.
• Shipping is free all over India.
• Customers need to enter the correct details of Consignee/ Recipients name with complete address, landmark, accurate pin code and contact details to avoid any troubles.
• As the product reaches the destination the customer will be required to provide any of the mentioned identity proofs to collect the product:
  1)Passport
  2)Pan Card
  3)Drivers License
  4)Voters ID
• We ensure that the delivery is done only after the courier agent checks the identity proof of the recipient and confirms for the same. The courier agent notes down the recipients details to ensure a safe delivery. The customer is expected to cooperate with the agent at such times by providing accurate identification details. If our agent doubts the identification details, the product will be taken by the agent and not handed over to the customer.

Delivery Location

• Orders can be delivered only to Consignee / Recipient’s Residential or Work Location or can be delivered to any nearby Showroom. The delivery of the orders cannot be done at any public places like Mall, Hotel, Restaurant, Hostel, on street etc.
• If at all the recipient is unavailable during the time of delivery, Courier Agent will try to make 3 attempts to deliver the product. In case you are still not reachable / available, the same will be returned to our facility in Mumbai.
• Tracking details will be available on our website.
• The shipping address can be changed by the customer only before the product has been dispatched. No changes in the address after dispatch will be possible.
• Policies are subject to change without prior notice. The changes will be updated for the same on our website for user convenience.

Refund Policy

1. Our product can be returned within 45 days from the actual date of purchase. Although the 45 day return policy cannot be availed on loose Solitaire Diamonds, that undergoes the Buy Back Policy.
2. While return, the product needs to be in the same condition as when it was delivered along with the necessary documents related to the product, need to be produced.
3. If the product is damaged, resized or altered it will not be availed in the return policy, buy back policy is applicable for the same. A variation of gold and diamond has to be borne fully by the customer.
4. A NON-REFUNDABLE IF TORN tag will be attached to the product. Any damage to the tag, the product will not be availed in the return policy, for that our buy back policy will be applicable along with a deduction of 10% on your invoice.
5. This policy is not applicable for products that are ordered with specific indications like customization, engraving and purchased using promotion code or by discount coupon.
6. The exchange value for the products will be taken into consideration. A product exchanged for a value higher than the previous product the difference is expected to be paid by the customer. However if the value of the exchanged product is lower than the previously ordered, the difference shall be borne by our company.
7. Incase you do not like any product or do not wish to buy any other in exchange, the amount will be credited to your "Solitaire Style Wallet" which will give you a benefit for easy purchases in the future.
8. Our policy cannot be availed on International Orders.
9. All our diamond products are GIA, GST, IGI certified. Incase, if you don’t produce the original certificate of the product, we will send the jewellery/solitaire to the Lab for recertification and the shipping along with the certification cost shall be borne by the customer. The certification cost of diamond jewellery is Rs. 500 and for Solitaire diamond is Rs. 3000.
10. Refund request can be done by informing our customer care team via email or call. We will thereby collect the product from the provided shipping address and initiate the refund process immediately.

Cancellation Policy

• In case of any discrepancy we have the right to cancel any of the orders. A few reasons for cancellation from our end usually include limitation of the product in the inventory, error in pricing, error in product information etc. We also have the right to check out for extra information of the customer for the purpose of accepting orders in a few doubtful cases. We make sure to notify you if your order is cancelled partially or completely or if in case any extra data is required for the purpose of accepting your order for cross verification.
• Customized orders below 1.5lacs can be cancelled, however above 1.5lacs will undergo the buy back policy. Refund for the same will be initiated within 10 working days.
• No cancellation fees will be applied from our end.
• Once you place the order, it can be cancelled from your end before the product is dispatched. On receiving the cancellation request for ready for shipping product, we make sure to refund the amount through the same mode of payment within 10 working days
