Refund Policy

  1. If the customer dislikes a product for some reason, he/ she can return the product to us within 45 days. We will make sure to refund the entire amount to you within 7 working days.
  2. This refund policy is applicable only if the product is shipped to the registered address within 45 days of receiving the delivery. The registered address can be found on our website (www.solitairestyle.com)
  3. To initiate and process the return, the customer will receive a “return packaging kit” from our end. The customer would be needed to pack the product in the packaging and hand it over to our delivery agent, it is advised to note down courier air way bill number.
  4. A credit note number which has been provided to the customer will also be provided to our delivery agent. Cross-verification will be made easy through this to avoid any confusion.
